So it has been over a
month since I last posted, but I am going to get back into the swing of things
from now on (fingers crossed). I thought
it would be a good time to do my first ever Favorites post. So here we go...
May Favorites!
To get the ball
rolling, I have been loving the “Soap & Glory: Foam Call”. The scent of
this, how can I begin to explain? It’s like heaven on earth or a Grape seed,
Orange, Soapy bottle of goodness. This body wash leaves my skin feeling soft
and smelling absolutely divine.
Next up is the “Origins:
Stay Tuned- Balancing face makeup”. I was after a new Foundation so thought I
would give this a whirl and boy am I glad that I did. I have oily skin so I always
had to set my foundation with a powder but with this there is no need to, it doesn't melt off at all and my face isn't left “Shining bright like a diamond” (come on,
you know you want to sing it) at the end of the day.
I decided it was also
time to purchase a new foundation brush and I had heard that “Kit Cosmetics”
had just released a new brush. The “Kit Foundation” brush is a retractable brush
that lets you apply foundation evenly and then blend by making the brush more, fluffy?
It’s just a really good brush.
I have
been loving the “Urban Decay: Naked 2 Eye shadow pallet”. I have had this since November,
2012 but have only just recently been using it every day and ah it’s just
amazing. Need I say anymore?
And finally, I have been finding myself reading "frankie" magazine a lot lately. It is an Australian magazine that covers design, art, photography, fashion, travel, music, craft, home and life and it has the cutest front covers ever. I think that it is also sold in New Zealand and the UK.
